Waste residue utilization
PDF is short for refuse derived fuel. Harmlessness
the process of harmless fuel rods is wet granulation at low temperature, the separation of metal, heavy slag, etc. in the process of sorting will greatly reduce the influence of the later stage on the combustion of the boiler, and no harmful exhaust gas will be produced during the manufacture process. The content of RDF fuel rods is low in sulfur, and chlorinated plastics account for only a part of them, after the treatment of desulfurization and dechlorination, the flue gas emissions can meet the national emission standards, dioxin and other pollutants are under the control of the burning characteristics of fuel rods and the furnace temperature. -
Reduction
Reduction Fuel rod moisture content is less than 20%, after a period of storage, its content id less than 15%, it has good corrosion resistance and cannot be crushed by moisture absorption, and it is easy to transport. -
Resourceful
The calorific value of RDF is high, the calorific value is about 5,000 kcal, and the shape is uniform and uniform, which is very helpful for stable combustion and increasing efficiency.
